Each September the landowner is sent an Annual Assessment Statement. This statement lists the lots owned by each landowner and the assessments owed. Currently, assessments are assessed at $185.90 per lot. The payment due date is October 1st and is included in the statement. Do not send cash.
ARTICLE VI ASSESSMENTS Section 9. Effect of Nonpayment of Assessments: Remedies of the Association. Any assessment not paid within sixty (60) days after the due date shall be delinquent and a late charge at the rate of $5 per month may be charged on any assessment received more than 10 days after its due date. The Association may, if any assessment remains delinquent for ninety (90) days, foreclose the lien against the property in the same manner as is provided in the laws of Missouri for the foreclosure of mortgages on real property.
