Members PLEASE NOTE:
Each September the landowner is sent an Annual Assessment Statement. This statement lists the lots owned by each landowner and the assessments owed. Currently, assessments are assessed at $185.90 per lot. The payment due date is October 1st and is included in the statement. Do not send cash.
If the Assessments are not paid by October 1st, late fees will be assessed at the rate of $5 per month per lot.

Forbes accepts PayPal payments. However, Forbes Lake of the Ozarks Park now has a standard $4.88 handling fee. You simply need to select number of Lots you are making payment on by using "Quantity" to the right of price.
Fees not paid will be added to future years bill. Your statement will contain more clarification about the handling fee.
